I made a reservation over the phone looking forward to the side dishes associated with the shop name. I was told that they only accept courses, so I asked for the 4,400 yen selection Course. Entered the store excited. It's a small restaurant with mainly an L-shaped counter and one table seating. A two-top sales team consisting of a handsome store owner with an impressive sincerity and his assistant, Mr. Ikejo. As soon as I was seated, I ordered the Sapporo Classic. I gulped down the cup that was carefully served to me. A variety of fish will be served to you, depending on your condition. I was obsessed with the soup stock, but if you look closely at the shop name, the main thing is "fresh fish". I was able to spend some time without being nervous while watching the staff work carefully. Pairing of carefully selected fresh fish and pure rice wine ☆ It might be fun to have the owner select the dish according to tonight's appetizer and customer's taste. Of course, there are many delicious dishes that can be paired with beer, whiskey, and soft drinks. The final dish is a fluffy white rolled egg◎I like it. it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
