自家製燻製、発酵つまみに合う日本酒を常時５０種類。発酵料理体にいいよってことより。日本酒に合うということを強めにアピールしております。２階席は20人ほどで使える宴会席や、夏はテラス席のある狸小路8丁目の店です。 １２種飲み比べの日本酒が人気です。 ＊２階は通常利用も可能。禁煙、ノーチャージ。一人のみにも優しいChoiグループの中で一番大きいお店ですが居心地もまちがいなし。
