Sushi Shikura is located on the basement floor of Matsuoka Building, Minami 4-jo Nishi 4-chome-7, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, close to Susukino Station Exit 2. This Sushi restaurant was opened five years ago by a general who was active in Sapporo, Osaka, and Kitashinchi. Make a reservation and visit. The restaurant is stylish, like a bar, with an eye-catching copper plate counter, and the owner welcomed us with a smile. It is not a simultaneous start, but only courses are offered. I made a reservation for [b: "Shira Special Course"] (11,000 yen). (There is also a "shikura course" for 8,000 yen.) Drinks are available from [b: "Sapporo Classic"]. The course starts with snacks, and in the second half, nigiri is served. ``Boiled octopus''...I was shown the octopus before it was cut, and a large octopus is used. It is very soft and stewed. ``Sawara''... Myoga and cucumber are served on top of the seared food. ``Hairy crab tossed with sea urchin'': A luxurious dish made with hairy crab tossed with sea urchin. A generous amount was served on a plate. The drink here is sake. I received something recommended by the general. [b: ``Junmai Daiginjo ``Goho''''], [b: ``Niseiko ``Special Junmai Sake'']. ``Miso pickled silver radish''...Silver radish that is said to have been left overnight. The flavor is well absorbed. ``Anno sweet potato Tempura''...I love Tempura, so I get excited when it comes with a Sushi course. Anno sweet potato is sticky and sweet. ``Sardine Garimaki'' - Refreshing with fatty sardines, Gari and cucumber. Gari is placed, and from this point on, it becomes nigiri. ``Naka-toro''... topped with onion and soy sauce. It was medium-fatty with a hint of sweetness. ``Buri-shabu''...the grilling is just right. Served with grated ponzu sauce. "Pickled tuna"...High quality tuna is used. delicious. ``Herring'': Fatty autumn herring is also quite good. "Aorika"...Refreshing with salt. ``Tachi'' is the season when ``tachi'' are delicious. Enjoy with ponzu sauce. ``Kitayorigai'' is grilled. The texture and aroma are good. ``Miso pickled sujiko''... Pickled in miso increases the flavor. ``Sea urchin''...hand delivered. The sea urchin was very sweet. The course ended with "Egg". I thought 11,000 yen was a reasonable price for a course served at the counter. Rather than being seen as a high-end store, it is said to be a store that you can easily visit at this price. The general's response was really kind. They casually introduced me to topics that I was interested in and made sure that I felt comfortable. When ordering a course at Sushi restaurant counter, you may feel nervous before you go because you wonder what the chef is like, but I think this is a restaurant I can recommend. Thank you, General! !
