Arrived at 7pm on Saturday. Already reserved for 2 people. There were three groups of customers first, and many more after that, so although the seats are not full, the number of customers is constant. It's on the 3rd floor of a building at the corner of Susukino's Round One intersection. There was no store name on the building information or signboard, so I was a little nervous. It's a multi-tenant building that also houses an entertainment industry, so I don't want to wander around too much (lol) I checked the store name at restaurant entrance and felt relieved. The interior is chic with black as its main color. The background music is Japanese pop/pop songs from the 70's and 80's. Lots of Yumin. In addition to the owner, there is one employee, all women. The beers are draft ``Kaoru Ale'' (660 yen) and bottled ``Sapporo Lager'' (800 yen). It's expensive, but it can't be helped these days... Boiled Simmered dish. Delicious! This looks promising. The food I ordered is: ・[b: Dashi Tomato (500 yen)] A whole sliced tomato. Cold dashi soup and bonito flakes are poured over the tomato. It's my first time eating it. Delicious! ・[b: Bonito Shuto (500 yen)] Together with grated bonito. Fine crunchy texture! ・[b: Smoked bonito (650 yen)] 4 pieces. This was also my first time. Smoked scent! Soy sauce Salt also goes well. ・[b: Shiretoko Zangi (780 yen)] 4 pieces. Thin and crispy skin, super juicy on the inside! It has a Shiretoko feel without any odor! Comes with mayo. ・[b: Lamb and eggplant with soy sauce ( 980 yen)] Lamb is soft! The eggplant has a mapo-like feel. Also green onions. ・[b: Spicy Yagen Fried (640 yen)] Yuzu pepper flavor! Cartilage crunchy! ・[b: Pork belly cartilage oden (700 yen) Yen)] My memory is questionable from this point on (lol) But I like tonkotsu oden! It was delicious and satisfying. All of them are of high quality! Although they claim to be "obanzai", they also have Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) /bar style menus, so it's perfect for a first party. It's quite satisfying. The conversation with the owner (landlady) was fun, and it seems like it'd be good for drinking alone! By the way, there's no signboard for some reason (lol) The bill is about 5,500 yen per person. There's no All-you-can-drink course (for drinks only), so it's like this. Sho. I'll be back!
