Delicious ingredients from Eastern Hokkaido are gathered and cooked robatayaki, such as Akan pork, Oyster from Akkeshi, atka mackerel and salmon from Rausu, Mashu Daio shiitake mushrooms, and deer meat from Shiretoko. You can enjoy the charm and taste of the ingredients.

We offer Oyster from Akkeshi, which are characterized by their plump, soft flesh and rich sweetness. It goes without saying that both raw and grilled options are extremely popular!

Akkeshi Distillery's whiskey has become extremely popular and rare. We stock Keichitsu (single malt), Taisetsu (single malt), and Taisho (blended). Please try it with Akkeshi Oyster. We also offer Okhotsk Beer, a craft beer loved in Kitami. You can enjoy three types: ale, weizen, and mild stout. We also have about 15 types of Japanese sake produced in Hokkaido, and about 30 types in total.
