Sosaku Kappou Saeiki is located on the 4th floor of the No. 5 Keiwa Building in Susukino, 9-4, Minami 5-jo Nishi 6-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. The restaurant opened in April of this year. The interior is rather small and cozy, and the owner runs the restaurant by himself. It is not a formal restaurant, but a place where you can enjoy delicious Creative Cuisine and sake in a casual atmosphere. The appetizer (800 yen) was a "three-piece sashimi platter," which on this day consisted of "Pacific bluefin tuna," "flathead flounder," and "swordfish. The tuna was bought from the fish market and the chef prepared it by himself. It is very fatty and delicious. Looking at the menu, boiled fish seems to be popular. On this day, there were "Flathead flounder" and "Herring". Since I was visiting solo, I wondered if it was too much. I was wondering if it was too much, and was told, "It's not on the menu, but we can serve half a hokke. So I asked for [b: "Hokke-ni-tsuke"] (950 yen for a half piece) and [b: "Homemade nukazuke"] (500 yen) until the boiled fish was ready. The homemade pickles consisted of five kinds of cabbage, carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, and kolinky (pumpkin). I was a little surprised that a young man could make such delicious pickles with just the right amount of flavor and acidity. I especially liked the Kolinksy (pumpkin), which was pickled but also fruity. Simmered hokke (Japanese common squid) - the way the flavor soaks into the fish is great! The tenderness of the meat is just right. When we asked the secret of the deliciousness, we were told that they have been using the same broth since the opening of the restaurant. The broth is very good, isn't it? Vegetables such as green onions, shishito peppers, and shiitake mushrooms are also delicious. This makes me want to drink sake. We had a selection of mainly dry sake, including [b: "Chiyoroku Tsuginomidori" (750 yen), [b: "Minami Tokubetsu Junmai Betsuatsurai" (800 yen), and [b: "Ganuki ANOTHER 2023" (850 yen). There are many kinds of sake. Tempura I also wanted to try the [b: "Mentaiko no Oobamaki Ten"] (500 yen). Mentaiko no Oba Maki Ten - Mentaiko wrapped in Oba and deep fried Tempura, served with rock salt. It is served with rock salt. Mentaiko is used in abundance. I want to try the meal too.
