A creative Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy Creative Cuisine made with the day's recommended ingredients and seasonal sake.
"All the dishes require not just one effort, but two or three," says the owner, Mr. Saeki. [Sakusaku Kappo Saeki], located in Chuo Ward, Sapporo City, is a restaurant where you can enjoy Creative Cuis |
It's basically a year-end party. Visited after seeing Malay Levi's review. I knew there were counter seats and a small rise, but I didn't expect it to be this small... The owner said it could accommodate up to 6 people, but it's fine for 4 people (lol) First of all, let's have a beer. The bubbles are fine and delicious. The server may be in good condition. The appetizer includes three types of sashimi. Herring...was it? What is tuna white? I don't remember anything from the beginning. I remember that the fillet was fresh and firm. Seafood Namero: The miso makes it a bit salty, so it goes well with sake. Dashi-wrapped egg This is a thick and well-made dish. Use soy sauce in moderation. Deep-fried young chicken thighs It's not big, but it's well-fried and packed with flavor. Homemade Grilled Bacon For a moment, I thought it was grilled salmon fillet, but it turned out to be bacon. This is full of fat and delicious. This is a product I would like to recommend. Squid dried overnight It was a thin squid. The taste is elegant. Grilled conger eel There were quite a few small bones, but the taste was good. Dried Ikageso Miso I can't resist the salty taste of this dry miso. The more you chew, the more the squid flavor spreads in your mouth. Shimonita green onion grilled in foil with local miso and bagna sauce I have it with bagna sauce, but I don't think it's very special. Mentaiko Tempura is definitely a breeze. This is best with just the right amount of salt. From beer ✕ 2 to sake Misenzakura (Junmai Aizan 50) → Roman (100 million) → Rice wine (Specially selected Yama Haijikomi) I guess the rice wine was better. Surprisingly, I didn't drink much. Thank you for the meal. It seems like it would be better to use the counter seats for a small number of people.
