If you make a reservation a few days in advance, they will prepare several kinds of white fish in addition to tuna and mackerel. The owner is a humble and soft-spoken customer service person, and it's a very comfortable place to sit and enjoy a conversation. ♪(*・ω・人) ◼️The dishes other than plum crystals are handmade by the owner without using ready-made products. It's amazing that they even make things like mullet roe in-house.In addition to Japanese Japanese-style meal, they also have a Western Cuisine menu. Creative Cuisine are made daily using the recommended ingredients of the day, and the menu changes as well. This time, I ordered homemade rice bran pickles, dashi-rolled eggs, grilled Okino mullet, 5-piece snack platter, red sausage marinated in koji miso, boiled shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling, kakiage, and half of the chicken masala curry, which was amazing even though I was alone. did. All the dishes were really delicious, and I ended up eating way too much as I drank more and more alcohol. The boiled shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling uses shrimp oil from Botan shrimp in the soup, and the sourness of the tomatoes in the chicken masala curry is really effective.It has a lot of meat and tastes good, and even though it's half-sized, it's very filling.
