After repeated trial and error, we finally achieved a taste that we were satisfied with. This sea bream rice has an excellent balance of plump sea bream and scorched rice. You can eat it as is, then pour the broth that contains the delicious Seafood flavor into it and turn it into Ochazuke（boiled rice with tea）. You can enjoy it in two different ways.
