安定してました。
ご飯少なめにしたらしきりにお腹一杯になりました？と聞かれました。最近食べ過ぎなだけなんです。

札幌1番らしい鰻

家から近く行きたかったが予約無しでは入れない店で時間があったのでやっと行けました。
電話予約は枠が一杯で不可、ただ当日10時から受付してるので10時の15分前に行きました。
先におじさんが1人。10時前には数組来てます。早く来て良かった。受付は電話を聞かれて後から来る、要は当日予約という事です。普通にフリーで行くと本日のえは終了しましたとなっているのでご注意を。
さて、11時半に入店し鰻一匹半の特を注文。肝吸い、漬物付きです。ご飯は大中小選べます。私は小にしました。注文から大体40分位待ち到着。
来てみるとお重が二段で鰻とご飯が別盛りでした。タレが付いてくるのでお好みでかけます。山椒は以前は京都の七味屋の山椒ゆ使ってたみたいですが、今はぶどう山椒というのに変えたようです。原料不足らしいが書かなきゃ良いのに…
鰻はふっくらとして美味しかったです。宮川本廛と比べどっちが良いか味は遜色ない感じでした。
一匹半だが量は何となく物足りなかった気がしますが美味しいので良しとします。
