札幌市の円山エリアにある日本料理 まるやま かわなかです。
前にも行ってますが、今回再びランチで来てみました。
過去レビューはいずれ世に出ることとなるかも知れません。
ところで、忘れられないインパクトの日

ご家族と来ていて、皆さん知った顔なのでした。
今回かなり偶然に円山でのランチをしに来たようですが、
マイレビュアーさんとの遭遇率が恐ろしくある事実＾＾；
やはり何らかの引き寄せ作用でもあるのでしょうか。

ビジュアルだけでもその美味しさ楽しめる日本料理の数々
野菜の炊き合わせ
特筆すべき美味しさの主役を演じていた、レッドムーンの芋饅頭
瀞みの白だしの泉に浸っているこれらを食べながら美味しさに浸ります。
そして、
トロリとまろやかな餡が絡んで美味しい野菜たち♪
蕪、パプリカ、里芋、舞茸、筍、スナップエンドウと、
それぞれの味や香りが入り交ざり、それに食感も、
サクサク、ねっとり、やわら、シャキシャキ、
様々な美味しさが野菜の炊き合わせの中で紡ぎ合っていました。
トロトロトロリズムから
小粋なパリパリズムやサクサクなど
食感リズムに楽しく乗せられた感じが非常にいいと感じたのでした。
お刺身や、生寿し、野菜寿司と、それぞれが美味しい出来上がり
野菜は美味しく優しい味わいで、八軒の寿司屋の野菜寿司思い出しますが、
マグロ、甘海老、白身とそれぞれの握りも美味しく、刺身もコンディション良い感じでした。
器や盛り付けも美しく
日本料理の和の趣きや真髄の片鱗が感じられる色彩弁当でした。
おしるこ
ホットコーヒー
食後のドリンクと言えば、ありがちなホットコーヒーでしたが、
コーヒーと甘味の相性も悪くもないんですが、
お汁粉となので、抹茶や煎茶が合いそうにも思うのでした。
