店主が料理界に入った頃から25年かけて集めた作家さんの器、花や季節の風物を表現した盛付け 丁寧にとった出汁の香り 特注でお願いした中川一辺陶先生の土鍋で炊き上げられたご飯 細やかな演出や拘り等々・・・ 日本料理の愉しさを五感で感じて頂きたいです。
