日曜の開店直後の11時半に到着。2名で予約済。
一番乗り、その後も続々。
本郷通りの1本南郷側の仲小路にある。
創業1965年、50年以上の老舗。
数年前まで川下店があった模様。
ボーナスが出たので、母と二人で久々に回らない寿司を。
板前2名、ホール係3名。
個室で予約していたので、2Fに案内される。古い建物なので、結構急な階段。
部屋は畳敷きの和室だけどテーブル席。寒い日なのでややひんやり、エアコンをつける。
今回は二人共『お好み10貫セット』(5500円)で。
店員がメモ用紙を持ってきて、ネタを書くよう言われる。
でもネタの一覧がないぞ(笑) 仕方ないので通常のセットの内容からピックアップする。
私 … ウニ×2、マグロ、サケ×2、イクラ、ツブ、ホタテ、大エビ、アワビ
母 … ウニ×2、マグロ×2、イクラ、カンパチ、ホタテ、ホッキ、アワビ
同じネタは2貫まで。味噌汁かお吸い物が付いてくるので、私は後者、母は前者を。
10分程で登場。
ウニ甘い！サケは程よい脂で柔らかい！イクラはプチプチ食感！ツブとアワビはコリコリ！大エビプリプリ！
母の味噌汁にはタチが。そっちにすればよかった(笑
予約時にクーポンで茶碗蒸しのサービスを頼んだのだけど…2回確認してようやく来た。クリ、かしわ、カニ入りで美味い！量は少ないけど。
満足の美味さでした。
回転寿司もネタは回らない寿司に負けない鮮度の店もあるけど、握り方はやはり違う。ふんわりと柔らかい。
個室の台にサインが…錦鯉のだった。帰り際によく見ると、入口に錦鯉との写真が。主催したチャリティーライヴに出演したり、親交がある模様。
また来ます！
予約時にポイント使用していたのを忘れて、普通に支払ってしまった。客側の「自己責任」的なこのシステム、なんとかならないのか…。
