【ポイント】
●地下鉄南郷7丁目から徒歩圏内にある寿司店。私が子供の時には間違いなくあったので老舗ですね。
●盆だったのもあって混んでたのもわかりますが、注文してからの提供時間が1時間超にもなっており、シンプルに客を入れ過ぎだと思います。サービスを★2.0としました。
●大広間に通されたんですが、普段使われていないのか畳が粉吹いており、端に使用していない椅子が置かれているなどで、雰囲気も★2.0としました。
【内容】
盆ということもありますが、注文して提供されるまでに1時間かかりました。1時間ですよ！？更に茶碗蒸しが来たのは遅れること15分後、全部そろうのに1時間15分かかるのは異常です。
●すし天セットA、1,200円
・すしはネタは鮮度良いんだけど、忙しいからなのか、複数職人でやっていてレベルが統一されていないからなのか、シャリのバラつきが目立ちました。ただ、硬くはなく一体感はないものの、それぞれは美味しかったです。
・なお、タイトルに書いたようにイカ2貫ありました！(笑)
・天ぷらは油切りが弱くて、美味しいけど重いのが惜しいです。
・全般的に忙し過ぎて行き届いていないという印象ですね。
残念ながら再訪はありません。
