「鰻のしゅうか」さん
完全予約制だったので何日か前に予約して伺いました。
場所は福住の裏通り。
古めかしい団地の1階部分が店舗になってるお店です。
休日のお昼に時間通りに入店。
席に座ると同時にお椀が置かれて
間髪入れずに「特上重＠3,950円」の提供。
なんだか、流れ作業みたい・・・。
この日の鰻は鹿児島産とのこと。
身はふっくら
皮は香ばしくて普通においしいです。
御飯は柔らかめ。
タレは濃くないのであっさり食べれる味わいですね。
食べてる途中、フロアのおばちゃんから
「山わさび＠200円」を勧められたので
オーダー。
鰻には山椒が定番ですけど
山わさびも悪くはないです。
ただ、、、
きも吸は予約時間に合わせて事前に用意しているようで
冷めきってるお椀を出されて
論外(´；ω；`)ｳｯ…
ちなみに、、、
隣の席はまだお客さんが来てないのにお椀が置かれてましたね・・・。
鰻自体はまあ～普通にウマかったけど
大阪でウマい鰻を何軒も食べてきたので
特段感動はなかったですね。
詳しくは書きませんがサービスレベルもかなり低くて
いつも冷静な同行者も珍しくここのお店はNG・・・。
行った日は完全予約の満席で
客をさばくのに精いっぱいだったんでしょうか？？？
それと、、、
座る場所によっては〇〇〇の臭いがキツかった・・・(´；ω；`)ｳｯ…
うなぎがウマけりゃいいってもんじゃない。
もちろん再訪なし・・・。
