函館出張の夜はこちら。
サッポロクラシックの生ビールで乾杯。
厚岸産の生牡蠣、活ツブ貝刺し、イカルイベ、鹿串盛り合わせを注文。
イカ刺しは売り切れとのことで残念。
生牡蠣は少し痩せ気味でしたが海の香りと甘みのある身が美味しかったですね。
ツブ貝は薄くスライスされていますがコリコリの食感で貝の旨みが◎
キモも嫌な感じはひとつもなく、甘さがあります。
イカのルイベは凍った状態で提供されましたが次第に溶けてきて、イカのねっとりさが出てきてビールに合います。
鹿肉は店主が狩ってきたという驚きの逸品。（猟師だそうで）
モモ、ハツ、つみれでしたがどれもクセはほぼなくとても食べやすい。
モモなんてジューシーでほんと美味いです。
つみれも薬味が入って練られているので食べやすいうえにビールとの相性は抜群でした。
函館きたら海鮮！って思いますが、美味しい鹿肉を食べられる居酒屋も貴重だと感じました。
