小樽本店、ぜん庵、東京にニ店舗、名古屋、タイにも出店している政寿司さん。
老舗としての発展が見られる人気店です。
小樽に着いて2時近く。
ランチにと思って寄ってみましたが、予約なしのため、1時間以上待ちと言われました。
ズラッと並んでいるお客様たちも皆さん、観光客の様子でした。
エグヴィグさんのパンも頂いてるので夕食までもつかも？と思って予約をして夕食に出直しましt。
美術館件見学をしてから、17時にお店に着きました。
ゆったりと過ごせる良い席に案内していただけました。
目の前に小樽運河。
夕方になっていく光景は小樽らしく、とても優しい光に包まれていました。
運河の一角に修学旅行生を乗せたバスが到着しました。
バスから降りて自由行動で散らされて行く生徒たちの姿もみれました。
小樽に来れてよかったネ。

さて、ぜん庵さんは2回目です。
駐車場が広いので、車を置いてゆっくり過ごす時間を取れます。
北海道らしい烏賊素麺つきのセットが美味しそうでしたので、政寿司セットを注文しました。
政寿司さんは本店に最初に伺った時、
「添加物なし」と仰った言葉を感謝しています。
小樽に行った際は安心安全の食、おたる政寿司を利用せせていただいています。
新鮮なイカ素麺、歯ごたえもよくて、まず満足。
やはり名物なだけあって、美味しい～と言ってしまいます。
さらに、ウニが入っていて感激！
小さくても美味しくて満足でした。
LINEのおともだちになったら、抽選もあるとのことで、早速、その場で登録しました。
炙り中トロ1個のプレゼントに当選しました。
良い誕生日プレゼントになりました。
嬉しい感謝でした。
お寿司も新鮮でプリプリでした。
サーモン、イクラ、甘エビ、トロをいただけたら、もう満足です。
お豆腐サラダも美味しかったです。
後でウニをと思っていましたが、このコースは7品のお寿司なのに満足度が高い、
お腹もいっぱいになる量でした。
小樽良いとこ、また行きたい・・・。
終わりなきコロナ時代、観光客もかなり減っているようでした。
観光地も人がぎっしりではなく、良い空間づくりができるようになって、
人々が互いを思いやりながら、笑顔でお付き合いをしていける時代になれば良いなあと思います。
ごちそうさまでした。
また次に行ける機会を楽しみにしています。
