日本酒とお刺身
刺し盛りは北海道なのでつぶ貝とホッキ貝！
新鮮で美味しくいただきました。
醤油もいろいろ選べます。
焼き物は目の前で焼けるのは嬉しいけど、やっぱり焼き加減にムラが出てきてしまうのと、焼いている間に殻が弾けて飛んでくる・・
でもやっぱり貝は最高でした！
