小樽出張初日。
私が宿泊するホテルの1Fレストラン、寿司＆グリル IL ONAIさんでランチミーティングをすることに。
場所は、小樽駅から徒歩10分強の運河沿い。ホテルソニア小樽1F。
時間が無かったため、ノープランで突撃。
ホテル内のレストランなので、座席数は多く80席程。
先客は1組4名のみ。我々は4名掛けテーブル席へ。
卓上には、フォーク、スプーン、箸、楊枝、紙おしぼり、紙ナプキン、小皿が常備されており、
着席後、お水が出されます。
ランチメニューはそこそこ豊富で、寿司＆グリルの名の通り、海鮮系やステーキ系のメニューが揃っていました。
今回は、
・炙りステーキ御膳(ご飯無し) 2,380円
・うに丼 3,780円
の、合計6,160円をオーダー。
外税なので支払いは、6,776円。
海鮮もステーキも両方食べたかったので、炙りステーキ御膳のご飯を贅沢なうに丼で差し替えてみました。
やりたい放題の超贅沢ランチですね！
すぐに醤油が、10分程で料理が到着。
炙りステーキ御膳の内容は、道産牛ヒレ肉とカルビ炙り焼き、炙り野菜、小鉢、味噌汁、香の物と、
食後のデザートとして北海道ミルクアイス。
ステーキソース、塩、胡椒、薬味のネギも添えられています。
ヒレ肉はまずまずのクオリティ、カルビは脂身と筋が多く少し残念な感じ。
炙り野菜はもう少し量があるとビジュアルも含めて良かったかも。
小鉢は鰊の切り込み、味噌汁の具材は海苔とネギ、北海道ミルクアイスは印象に残りませんでした。
うに丼はかなり贅沢にうにが盛られています。
ホテル価格なので若干割高に感じますが、クオリティはまずまずで個人的にはコスパも許容範囲。
炙りステーキ御膳と組み合わせることで最強のランチとなりましたが、
単品としても悪くない出来だと思います！
小樽まで来て、ホテルのレストランでランチを食べることもあまり無いと思いますが、
仕事で忙しい時や悪天候の時には、選択肢の一つとして入れても良さそう。
ホテル内のレストランなので接客は丁寧で素晴らしかったです！
