北海道旅行の2日目は、小樽まで行きました。小樽の昼食はお寿司を食べることになっていて、寿司処彩華さんへ行きました。
平日の開店直後に行ったので、店内は空いていました。カウンターとテーブル席があります。メニューは寿司のセットの他にも、丼や一品料理があります。寿司セットの菫と単品で中トロをいただきました。
目の前で店主さんが寿司を握ってくれて、10分ほどで寿司セットを提供いただきました。お寿司には、お味噌汁が付いてきます。
鮪に白身魚、エビ、イカ、タコ、いくらなど、いろんな種類のネタを味わえるお寿司です。単品で頼んだ中トロも一緒に提供されました。
どのネタもとても新鮮で、とても美味しかったです。白身はさっぱりした味わい、ホタテや甘エビ、イカは身が甘く、カニや鮪、いくらなどは濃厚な味を味わえました。特に単品で頼んだ中トロは、脂が乗っていて、口の中でトロける感じがとても良かったです。
お味噌汁は、帆立のお味噌汁でした。帆立のダシがよく出た旨みの強いお味噌汁になっていました。
リーズナブルに本格的なお寿司を味わえました。
