夫婦で北海道（札幌・小樽）旅行、二日目の昼食に選んだのが、小樽にある寿し処彩華さん。
ここ数年で移転したらしく店はそこそこ新しいです。
雰囲気的には高級店ですが、お値段はかなりリーズナブルで、以前テレビで見て時知らずの寿司が出ていたので気になってこちらにしたのですが……
とりあえず、こちらのお店は喫煙室が外にあります。その時点であまりいい予感はしなかったのですが……
とりあえず最初は僕ら二人しかおらず、カウンターにて寿司のセットを注文。
１０貫くらいのセットで内容はまあ写真の通りなんですが、とりあえず一貫ずつ握ってくれるタイプでは無いです。まあそれはいいんですけど大将は寿司を握り終えたらさっさと自室みたいなところに帰っちゃうし、味はまあ普通だとして
追加の時知らず……これが一番楽しみにしていたんですが、はっきり言って凍ってました。これはちょっといただけませんでした。当然全然美味しくなかった。回転寿司のサーモンの方が美味しい。
小樽の寿司楽しみだったんですが、ちょっと期待外れでした。
