創業44年の老舗です！6～8月の漁期中こだわりの漁師さんより仕入れた完全無添加の生うにをご提供！ 積丹のうに漁期以外は蒸しうに&新メニューの炙りうに丼も登場！！その他食材も店主自ら目利きして仕入れた鮮度抜群の魚介類を丼・定食・単品メニューとして豊富に取り揃えております！ 小鉢も手造りにこだわり大変ご好評頂いております！神威岬から車で5分！前浜のシャコタンブルーを眺めながらの食事は格別！！※時化の場 |
初積丹訪問。一度だけドライブで通り過ぎた事はありましたが、今年は絶対食べに行こうと思って積丹を訪問しました。第一候補のお店が定休日だったため（下調べがなってなかった）急遽こちらに変更。
朝早く出発して9時半に到着。車は6〜7台停まっていました。待ち時間なく着席。私達の後からどんどんお客さんが増えてきてあっという間に満席でした。
ウニいくら丼を注文。私は余市産のバフンウニ。娘はムラサキウニ。バフンウニはちょっとお高めだったので迷ったけど、せっかく来たんだから両方味わいたいと欲がでてしまった。
どちらも甘く濃厚で美味しかったー！味の違いは分かる人にはわかるんだろうけど、私はバフンウニでもムラサキウニでもどちらも美味いと思うので（わざわざ高いの食べなくても良いのかも。味オンチ笑）コスパを考えるなら、来年はムラサキウニでいいかな、という考えに至りました。お吸い物も優しい味で美味しかった。
また食べに行きます！
