創業44年の老舗です！6～8月の漁期中こだわりの漁師さんより仕入れた完全無添加の生うにをご提供！ 積丹のうに漁期以外は蒸しうに&新メニューの炙りうに丼も登場！！その他食材も店主自ら目利きして仕入れた鮮度抜群の魚介類を丼・定食・単品メニューとして豊富に取り揃えております！ 小鉢も手造りにこだわり大変ご好評頂いております！神威岬から車で5分！前浜のシャコタンブルーを眺めながらの食事は格別！！※時化の場 |
今回は神威岬の近くのうしお食堂に伺いました。開店と同じ頃にいき並ばずに入ることができました。
注文したのは貝づくし丼とうに刺し（積丹産むらさきうに）を注文しました。貝づくし丼は、ホタテ、つぶ貝、ホッキ貝でした。特にホタテが肉厚でとても食べ応えがあり大満足でした。うには嫌な匂いとかも一切なくクリーミーでした。観光のついでとしてとてもお勧めできるお店でした。
