昨年に続いて、今年も伺いました。
一ヶ月前に予約して、途中予約内容の変更にも対応して頂きました。
今年は、別誂の御膳にしました。

むらさきうに＋赤うに(エゾバフンウニ) のうにうに丼を注文。

ムラサキウニもじゅうぶん美味しいのですが、バフンウニの甘さには驚きました。産地だからこそ味わえる味だと改めて思いました。
