今回は「アカガレイの刺身」。これがサービス！
しっかり脂の乗った白身を薄く大きく切った刺身が３切れ。わさびは生を使ってる。
しばらくぶりの北海道なので飲み物は「サッポロクラシックの瓶ビール」
お通しは北海エビが4匹！
クラシック中瓶 ¥550
真タチ天麩羅 ¥880 真鱈の白子の天麩羅 天つゆと絡むとどうにも美味すぎて酒が進む
そこで男山大吟醸¥700を注文。
他にも頼んだ、活つぶ刺身 1,480円も酒を助長する美味さ。鮮度の良さが際立ってる。
大型開きニシン焼き ¥980は美味すぎて皮までたべてしまった。ニシンが美味いのか、それとも焼き方か…
最後に一つ残しておいた真タチ天麩羅をご飯に乗せ、天つゆとオロシダイコンをバシャッとかけて口に流し込む！！！
