人生3度めの苫小牧。ホテルにチェックインして取り敢えず近場で魚で飲れそうな店なこちらへ。
入店するとちょうどカウンター前客が退席し片付けするところだったので暫し待合スペースへ。するとタバコ吸う輩がいっぱい集まってきた。喫煙所兼ねるのはやめて欲しいわな〜。
さて、通された4席のカウンターは地元ベテランダンディが。20時過ぎても予約客はちらほら。
遅いんで今日は軽めにしとこ。生さばさしみが目に付いたので注文。合わすはサッポロクラシック。お通しはボイルされた海老。
苫小牧の地で生さばが食べられるのは有り難い。身の締まり、ぷりぷり感はイマイチだけど、あ〜このさばの旨み。ギリギリの脂感が美味か〜！これは良いスタート。
サメカレイとやらは、もっちりした舌触り。見た目は普通にスーパーでも並んでるようなので、がっかり気味でしたが、味は間違い無かったです。
こう魚が美味くっちゃ酒を行かんとな〜。燗酒を注文。大は二合相当とのことです。かなりの上燗で出て来ました。ネックを持っても熱ちぃです。ま、お値段相当のアル添酒。
品書きにいぶりガッコチーズを発見。これは頼まねば。ちょっと時間掛かったけど出て来ました。パリポリとした歯触りにチーズのまろやかさ。刺身で残ったわさびも載っけて食うと風味が加わり良いもんです。
明日は早いからこの辺で会計。魚で一杯なら店かな。ホテルに戻り風呂入って部屋へ。チェックインする時貰った案内の紙を見ると…あ！一品サービスのクーポンあったのか〜(ﾉД`)
