We value Japan's four seasons and the seasonality of the moment, and use cooking methods that bring out all the fresh power of seasonal ingredients, and we offer dishes that change every month to maximize the goodness of the ingredients. In March and April, we will be holding a special course using strawberries from Mr. Morimoto, Kita Ward, Kobe City. In May and June, we are planning a full course of asparagus from Shinshu Shiojiri Shiobara. The menu also caters to people with allergies, vegetarians, and vegans.
