初訪問は日曜日の開店時間ちょうど。場所はJR三ノ宮駅西口を北へ出て高架沿いを西へ、生田筋との交差点を西へ、最初の角を北へ、50mほど進んだ左側のビルの2階です。南隣は串カツ田中です。駅から5分以内です。
到着しますとちょうどオープンになった直後で一番乗りでした。カウンター奥へ通され、すぐにお水とおしぼり、メニューを渡されます。注文したのは特製黒毛和牛ハンバーグステーキランチ150g2100円です。
カウンターは10席、4名でのオペレーションです。入り口反対側にテーブル席も見えました。マスターが少し離れた鉄板でジュージューという何ともいい音が聞こえ始めます。
10分ほど待ってハンバーグ登場です、つなぎが入っていないのか結構もろいです。玉ねぎの甘みが際立つお肉の美味しさでたまりません。
完食してpaypayでお支払いをして退店しました。後客は1組2名です。
