We prepare the chicken, vegetables, and all the skewers in-house. Each skewer is Grilled skewer using Tosa Bincho charcoal. The rice is purchased from a farm in Hyogo Prefecture called Yamada no Sato, and the rice is polished little by little to make it sweet and bring out the natural flavor of the rice to its fullest. We work hard day and night to preserve Japanese culture and tradition.
