Shiny and beautiful, Todo's white rice is worthy of being called "Ginshari." For the a la carte menu, you can choose from rice carefully selected by our masters such as Koshihikari from Uonuma, Niigata Prefecture and Haenuki from Yamagata Prefecture. A craftsman cooks each pot one by one and delivers them freshly cooked. Even though it's white rice, it's delicious enough to be the star of the show. You can eat the whole cup in one go.
