There are actually four types of mellow and creamy Gashoken ramen with a taste like high-quality sake, including the classic tonkotsu Ramen "Shiro Gasho". The spicy "Aka Gasho" is made with minced domestic mochi pork, a special blend of chili peppers, and homemade chili oil, which is especially recommended for men. The most popular among women is "Midori Gasho", which is made with 100% fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, giving it a fresh basil aroma. The flavorful "Kuro Gasho" is addictive, with an even more rich flavor added with squid ink and chili oil. They spare no effort to follow classic of tonkotsu Ramen, while also challenging the possibilities of new tonkotsu Ramen.
