We serve creative Japanese-style meal with a focus on Seafood. The ingredients are all fresh seafood purchased from Kuromon Market in Osaka every morning. Experienced kappo chefs are the discerners. Enjoy seasonal gourmet food such as conger conger in the summer and fugu in the winter. We also have live dishes, such as fugu and abalone, that are prepared after receiving your order. The twitching, highly fresh fish meat is very popular with customers. In addition, the famous dish ``Tai no Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)'' is also very popular.

We offer a wide selection of Creative Cuisine, with a focus on Japanese-style meal. The head chef also has experience in Italian Cuisine cuisine, so we also offer Ajillo. The soup stock is made with bonito and kelp. We are particular about straining it once and then removing any fish bones. Enjoy the unique and exquisite flavor of Simmered dish and Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot). In addition, we use local vegetables grown in Nishi Ward, Kobe. Please enjoy it with Tempura, steamed dishes, or grilled dishes.
