きっかけは、大阪の北浜のフレンチシェフがオープンの時くらいに伺っていて、インスタにアップしていたのをみてからずっと行きたくてたまらんかった...
薪料理で雰囲気良し。オープンキッチンだからカウンターが特等席。
入り口から薪の香りが漂う、なかなか雰囲気の良いところ。
カウンター席だとキッチンが丸見えの店内です。
今夜はせっかくなので、ワインをお料理に合わせてペアリングで頂きました。結構酔うけどね。
