友人と女子会で利用しました。女子会だとお洒落でおいしいお店をどうしても選択したくなります。そんなハードルの中、迷いに迷って選んだお店です。
神戸の北の坂にあるフレンチと思うと期待も高まります。
お店は三ノ宮駅から徒歩7分くらいかな。ちょうど阪急三宮駅前からまっすぐに坂を上ったところにお店はありました。（ちなみに1週間前にもここ通ったなと思いながら歩いていました）
ビルの２Fにお店があるので通りががりに入店は難しいかな（コースは前日の予約制です）。
同じビルの４Fにあるラーメンやさんも人気のようでした。
☆まかせランチコース ¥7,700(税込サ別)
＊前日までの予約が必要です。12時スタートです。
メインのマグロを使った料理、魚、パン、豚肉、パスタ、デザート全てに創意工夫を感じることができるお料理でお料理が提供されるたび度肝を抜かれる気持ちでした。
どのお料理も見た目にも美しく、さすがフレンチという感動も残しつつ、定番のフレンチの味を超える工夫がすばらしいと思います。
☆koti brewery（コチブルワリー）（1200円）
自然に逆らわないビール造りを理念として作られている岡山の手作りビールです。
自然由来の炭酸（ナチュラルカーボネーション）は瓶の中で酵母が自然に泡を作り出す製造方法をとっているので、自然な泡立ちのビールで上品なおいしさを感じることができました。
まるでシャンパンのような泡立ちで軽めの味わいは女子にとても人気がでるのではないでしょうか。
☆ラズベリー（900円）
ジュースなのですが、カモミールと塩が入っていてカクテルのような味わいです。とてもおいしい。
特記すべき事項は接客のすばらしさです。柔らかなものごしと絶妙なタイミングでサーブするお料理やドリンク。なかなかここまでのサービスはみたことがありません。パンもおいしくておかわりをしてしまいました。
またディナーにも行きたいと思いました。高槻からわざわざ足を運んでまでも食べに行きたくなるお店です。
