北野坂を山田病院方面に東に入ったところのビル地下にある、創作割烹のお店。照明もやや暗めで、バーのような雰囲気。テーブル席もあるけど、一枚板のカンウターのほうがより雰囲気を味わえる。
初めてなので、5000円のおまかせコースを予約しておいた。

・刺身盛合わせ(オコゼ、銀タラ、ヨコワ、炙りサバ、アオリイカ)

まずはハートランド生ビールで乾杯、日本酒は臥龍梅と山法師を飲んだ。付出しのワカサギは苦味が少なくて好印象。タケノコも甘くて美味しかった。刺身の切り口は鮮やかで、どれも魚の味が濃い。
刺身はどのお店でもそんなに差を感じないのだけど、この刺身盛合わせは感動した。焼き鳥盛合わせは但馬地方の赤鶏で、内臓系(ハツと肝)はジューシーで、皮や身は焼き目がよくて香ばしい。
黒メバルは脂が乗って身はプリプリ、見ためよりもボリュームがあった。焼き野菜は新鮮さを感じるし、最後のお茶漬けは太刀魚特有の臭みがまったく無かった。焼きものは、すべて目の前で炭焼き。
全体的に、店主の技とセンスが光っている。ただ日本酒のメニューは、蔵元の産地と価格は明記して欲しい。スナックビルなので、普段は同伴のお客が多いのだろうか。近いうちに再訪したい。
