The method of serving the meat in small portions with grilled vegetables in between was quite good, allowing us to enjoy the meat to the end without getting tired of it. The seasonings were also good, including Andean red salt, Awaji Island sea salt, wasabi, mustard, soy sauce, ponzu (Japanese citrus juice), pepper, etc., to suit individual tastes. The cost of the meal alone was 15,000 yen per person for such high quality meat. This can only be described as reasonable. If you want to enjoy Kobe beef in Kobe, this is the place to go.
