Our specialty is "primitive grilling," which is done on the hearth inside the restaurant. The fish of the day is skewered and slowly grilled, concentrating the flavor while leaving the inside fluffy. You can watch the fish being grilled right before your eyes from the counter seats, so you can enjoy a meal full of excitement. We Other offer dishes made with seasonal seafood sourced from all over the country. Please enjoy our seasonal menu to your heart's content.
DrinkWe offer Hyogo sake and carefully selected wines, which go perfectly with our food.
We only stock sake from Hyogo. We have about 10 types, mainly from Nada. We plan to change the lineup in the future to include seasonal items, so please look forward to it◎ We also stock 5 types each of red, white, and sparkling wine. We have selected wines that go well with the food, so please choose your favorite glass and enjoy.
