神戸の閑静な住宅街に佇む、卓越したモダンスパニッシュです。カセントさんといえば、ミシュラン三つ星や食べログAwardゴールド、シルバーをはじめ名だたる実績を持つ実力店です。
カセントを手掛ける福本シェフは、イタリアピエモンテ「ダ・ロレンツォ」やナポリでの修行、ミラノ「サドレル」を2年経験。2002年からスペインへ。美食の街サン・セバスチャン「ムガリッツ」、バレンシア「カ・セント」出身という煌びやかなバックグラウンドをお持ちです。
カセントさんへの訪問は今回が初めてでした。
予約時のお電話でも丁寧なやりとりが好印象。更なる期待が高まります。
当日はディナーで予約をし、中山手通りの閑静な住宅街に一面ガラス張りのお洒落な建物に辿り着けば到着です。
ドレスコードありの少し引き締まった雰囲気でスタート、心地よいコミュニケーション、おもてなしに緊張が解れます。
今回食べたお料理は、

・トマト
・鰯
・但馬鶏
・鰹
・野菜
・アスパラガス
・まながつお
・熊本あか牛
・お米
・甘夏
・カマンベール
どの料理もクオリティ高め、ボリュームもしっかりで満足の向こう側へと誘われます。
総じて洗練されたレストランと感じました。
