いつも通りの店に行くのもよいですが、、、、
たまには違う店に行きたくなるもの
今日はこちらのお店にお邪魔しました‼️‼️
21時過ぎに来店しましたが店内は大賑わい‼️‼️
予約も多かったようです、、、、、
祝日に予約せずに行くのもどうかとは思いましたが少し入店時の店主の表情がけわしく気になりました、、、、
気を取り直してオーダー‼️‼️

ひたひたで味も濃すぎず具も派手すぎず良い‼️
肝刺しと胸刺し
若干艶感が少なかったですがどちらもおいしい‼️‼️
肝はごま油と塩、胸はポン酢でいただきました‼️‼️
馬ユッケ‼️‼️
やっぱりユッケは味濃い目がいい‼️‼️
卵と絡めて食べて美味です‼️‼️
カニ味噌は唯一生臭さを感じました。
まぁ魚屋ではないので仕方のない事‼️‼️
ささみのレア天ぷら‼️
あっさりしていて非常においしい‼️
塩をつけるといい具合のアクセント
ハラミ、ぼんじりをいただきましたが串焼きではない‼️‼️
これはこれで高評価です
そして炭の香りが素晴らしい‼️
牛タンネギ塩‼️‼️
想像通りの辛さ‼️
ちょっぴり辛すぎに感じましたがこういうものでしょう‼️
鳥釜飯
ご飯が少し固めで好みです‼️‼️
味は濃すぎず上品な範囲
この辺りの居酒屋さんはなぜかあまりいいイメージがなかったのですが挽回できました笑笑
