Visited on Friday around 7pm. It was full. Reservations are required. ■Goma Hamachi Hamachi version of Miyazaki's specialty "Goma Amberjack". The fragrant flavor of sesame and the pickles were exquisite ♡ The mirin was effective and it was rich! The aroma was really good, and I wanted to eat it piping hot with rice. ■Satsumaage Is it fried in oil? I was a little sticky. I like fish cakes fried crispy in the toaster... ■Horse sashimi It came out a little frozen. I waited a while before eating, and when I let it thaw naturally, it was sweet and delicious ♡ Horse sashimi is also delicious when eaten with wasabi ♡ ■ Deep-fried pufferfish There were no bones, and the pufferfish meat was soft and delicious ~ ♡ It smelled oily too. It was delicious just as it was without adding anything♡ ■ Hot Pot soup is apparently made by boiling Awaji chicken bones for 8 hours. The cloudy soup is packed with flavor. At first, it wasn't that rich, but as I ate it, it gradually became super rich ♡ There was a lot of meat in it and it was super delicious! ■Mizusui The rich flavor of the chicken was concentrated and it was the perfect way to end the dish. The slightly simmered part at the very end was the most delicious ♡ Since smoking is allowed in all seats, the smell of cigarettes permeates both your clothes and your body, which can be difficult for non-smokers. The counter had a fence to prevent coronavirus, so it felt a little small. Drinks came out quickly which was good. I would like to try Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) next time. I will come again! Thank you for the meal!
