神戸元町のアーケード内でランチを探していて目に留まりました。
さば料理の専門店。
メニューを見るとランチもさば鯖サバのさば尽くし。
調理法も多くて目移りしまくります。
ランチタイムの開始も38分だったり、「さまざまなさば定食」を「さばざばな」と表記して笑わせてくれたりと遊び心あり(笑)
さばの刺身やごまさばは大好きなんですが、それは地元福岡の名物料理でもあり、いわば帰ったらいつでも食べられるので、あえて塩焼きをチョイス(๑•̀ •́)و✧
⚫とろさばの塩焼き定食(1280円)
ご飯の大盛り・おかわりOK。
さばの塩焼き・・・でかいっ！(∩´∀`∩)
そして、皮を破りながら箸を入れると脂がじゅわーっと溢れるジューシーなさば♪
ほっくり柔らかく焼かれていてほぐしやすいです。
塩気も過剰でなく、しょっぱくなくて美味しい♡
ご飯がめちゃくちゃ進みます。
ご飯おかわりして完食、大満足！
うちは魚焼きロースターがなく、フライパンで上手に焼けないから家で焼き魚やらなくて、美味しい焼き魚にわりと飢えてたかもしれない・・・
また食べたいけど、他のさば料理も食べてみたい。
丼とかもいいし味噌煮も好きだし、もちろん生食系も好物だから気になる。
再訪、すると思います！
