また、鮮度を保つ輸送方法にもこだわっていて生簀でしっかり管理・調整して提供される魚介類は、鮮度抜群で旨味や風味を存分に堪能できます。

土日のランチタイムに15食限定で提供されています。贅沢に切り分けた大判のお刺身が乗った海鮮丼は、とれたて新鮮な魚介の旨味をまんべんなく味わえます。
出汁が効いた深みある味わいの味噌汁も付いてきます。塩味の加減も良く風味も豊かで、おかわりしたくなるほど美味しかったです。
・活生牡蠣 1個200円〜250円
北海道厚岸産の生牡蠣は、サイズにより価格が変わります。ふっくらした身と、濃厚な甘さがある生牡蠣。レモンとポン酢をかけていただきます。
・活浜焼き3種盛りセット 2288円
白はまぐり、帆立、サザエ各1個がセットに。店員さんが焼き上げてくれます。甘みあるはまぐりは、ふっくらと焼き上がり旨味が濃厚。
しっかりした旨味と甘さがある帆立は絶品。有数な帆立の産地、青森県陸奥湾より直送されてます。磯の香りが強いサザエは、コリコリした食感。ほろ苦さも美味しく味わえました。
・串カツ海賊セット 1730円
いかウニ、フォアグラいくら、海老の串カツセット。それぞれに合ったタレが用意されています。衣の食感と食材の美味しさを楽しめました。
店内に生簀もあり、食材の鮮度の良さに納得。土日はランチがあるようで、ランチメニューと通常メニューの両方が楽しめたのも良かったです。
