We offer 36 types of kushikatsu, ranging from standard toppings to seasonal ingredients, in order of course. The crispy kushikatsu is fried using healthy safflower oil using a technique unique to this long-established store, and is exquisite! They are all carefully designed and playful pieces. Enjoy with our special sauce and condiments. We have a ``stop system'' where you can order at a convenient location, so you can enjoy as many bottles as you want that day. *Please refrain from eating less than 10 meals.

The lineup includes brands carefully selected to go well with kushikatsu, such as sake "Hatsuko" and "Dewazakura" and shochu "Yukihara." We also have red and white wines carefully selected by our sommelier, and the house wine can be enjoyed by the glass or decanter. Please enjoy this exquisite marriage that enhances the taste of kushikatsu. *You can bring your own for 4,000 yen per bottle.
