神戸でのお寿司の記憶は、いいものしか無いのですが、今回は初めてこちらのお店を利用しました。神戸では珍しく？江戸前の握りをいただきました。今回は税込13000円のおまかせでいただきましたが、全体の構成も良くて、五感で楽しめる構成になってました。
ネタや、海苔、そのほかの具材にも並々ならないこだわりが感じられました。
包丁の入りもいい感じで、口の中での解け方もいい感じです。
全体的に下味もあっさり目なのも好印象でした。
