《The Tabelog Award 2023》bronze受賞店
JR元町駅から徒歩すぐにあります。こちらの
ご主人はまだお若く20代前半の頃に淡路島の
すし屋で面識がありました。なので帰り際に
「緊張しました！」と笑顔で見送られました。
25歳で独立開店、5年で既に予約困難人気店に。
シャリも修行先のものと全く違う独自のもので
かなり試行錯誤と努力されたのだなと思います。
蒸し寿司から始まりテンポよく出てきます。
ゴーダチーズ入りの茶碗蒸しだったり坊勢の
生からすみだったり楽しいコース仕立てです。
値段と内容で考えるとかなりいい感じですね。
予約が取れないのもよく分かるいいお店です。
写真撮影禁止なので入口と許可を得たもののみ。
