日本酒のレパートリー面白そうでした。
オープン当初からのお客さんを大事にしてるところが店主さんの人気の一つかもですね。
山幸さんの中トロ大トロかなり美味しかったです多分かなり良いの仕入れておられると思います。
イカのカット感ちょうど良かったです。
同業者からも大人気の大将人気の理由が良くわかりました。
最後の玉子にはキャラメリゼっていうのかしら？
カラットして食感良かった。
