Enjoy the seasonal flavors of our proud Edomae sushi. In order to value the taste of the ingredients themselves, we carefully select seasonal natural ingredients from Awaji, Akashi, and the Seto Inland Sea, without creating unnecessary creations. We recommend the ``Aburi Toro'', which is a beautiful pink and elegant fatty fatty tuna, and the ``Ashi Aka Shrimp'', which is large and plump. The ``chawanmushi'', where the soup stock is the key, is so popular that regular customers always order it. We are also particular about our uniquely seasoned Tosa soy sauce, fresh wasabi, and chopped wasabi.

The only sake we offer at our restaurant is "Nada's local sake." We always have about 4 to 5 types of carefully selected Nada sake in stock.
