珍しい「鯵煮干し」のラーメン。初めての味で美味しい。個人的には醤油が効き過ぎ。
月に一回の六甲道での麻雀大会。入院してたんで3ヶ月ぶりの参加。お昼は去年１１月にオープンしたお店。六甲道は今やラーメン激戦地（我々が学生の頃はラーメン専門店は無かった）
開店の１１時に合わせて訪問。...
月曜日19時30分頃。
入店待ち行列なし。店内はテーブル席は残り1卓のみ。カウンター席はほぼ空席。
煮干しそばは「鯵」とのこと。
鯖はよく見かけるけど、鯵の煮干しというのはラーメンでは経験が...

暖簾をくぐり入店！
まず店内がキレイで清潔感があり、ラーメン屋さんらしからぬ雰囲気(良い意味で)...
今回は『煮干し』を注文。
『醤油』も『煮干し』も、どちらも上品な味付けで好感が持てます。
どちらも食材の良さを全面的に押し出しているのがよくわかります。
