ずっと気になっていたJR垂水駅近くの「くずし割烹 ZUTTO」さんに行ってきました。
東口から徒歩1分もかからないくらいの立地。
19時にお店に入り予約の名前を伝えると、店員のお兄さんが確認することなくすぐ左側のテーブル席へ案内されました。
ただ、カジュアルな雰囲気でオシャレですが、大柄な男性にはちょっと狭いかもしれません。
テーブルには予約した名前が書かれたフェルカムカードが！
普通の居酒屋にはないサービスでびっくりです☆
店内は満席で、予約がなければ入れないところでした。
すぐにお兄さんがオーダーに来てくれて、生ビール、ハイボールをオーダー。
店員さんを見ると厨房もホールも若いお兄さんばっかり！
しかもシュッとしたイケメンばっかりでした☆
採用基準が高いのでしょうか（笑）
とりあえず旬のものが食べたいと思い、
お造り盛り合わせ5種
・はまち・〆さば・活たこ・炙りサワラ・炙り伝助穴子
桜エビと新玉ねぎのかき揚げ
鯛の昆布締め
タケノコしんじょう揚げ田楽
春野菜の天ぷら盛り
をオーダーしました。
お造りは絶対入れてほしいものありますか？
と聞いてくださったので、サワラと伝助穴子をお願いして、相方が食べられない貝は抜いてもらいました。
どれも美味しかったんですけど、穴子の歯応えにはびっくりしました！
回転寿司の煮穴子くらいしか食べたことなかったので、初めて穴子を美味しいと思ったかもしれません‼︎
あと揚げ田楽というのも初めて食べて、その食感と味わいが絶妙で、何個でも食べたいくらいでした♪
天ぷらも薄衣で私好み☆
旬のお野菜を食べられて幸せです♪
旦那は久々の日本酒
しかも東日本の飲み比べをオーダー
美味しいものを食べるとお酒もすすみます☆
お酒の注文から到着スピードも驚きの速さ‼︎
味とサービスには大満足です☆
次回は次のシーズンあたりにまた来たいです♪
