2019.11.19初訪問
この日は公休、阪急西宮ガーデンズアフターです。映画一本アフター、夕食をと、ガーデンズ内レストランも思いましたが何と無く気乗りせず外へと。
西宮北口北西出口へと。実はこの界隈過去に
〜専門学校通っていた事もありちょっと懐かしです。ずいぶん様変わりしました、そら30年以上前ですもんね〜。
ちょっと検索アフター、海鮮系では評判そうな当店へと。
中々趣の有る雰囲気のお店です。常連さんも多そうな感じです、一人を告げると、カウンターの真ん中へと、荷物は隣の席をお使い下さいとの事、気遣いいいですね。
取り敢えず瓶ビール、おしぼりと突き出しです、鮪の卸しとわさび添えです。
取り敢えず造り盛り合わせオーダー、ほどなく到着、中々ボリュームです。
鮪(赤身)、戻りかつお、鰤、間八、鯛、剣イカ(トビコ乗せ)、甘海老、サーモン、添えにえは大根けん、
大葉、茗荷、レモン(彩り)、山葵もたっぷりです。全て味わい秀逸です。女将さんの説明も有りました。
アフター日本酒、まず「香住鶴」グラスで
美味しいです。後グラスの下にソーサーが有ればと席の横で瓶から直接注いでくれたら尚グッドでした。
アフター、鰤かまオーダー、ちょっと時間がかかりそうなので「いわし煮」をオーダー、
これいいですね、小振りのいわしですが五本です、骨まで柔らか、味もちょうどいいです。美味し！
ほどなくして「鰤かま」到着、すごいボリュームのかまです、たっぷりの大根卸し、はじかみ生姜、胡瓜のもろみ添え、旨い！
アフター日本酒「八海山」一合、お気に入りの銘柄、美味し！
鰤かまの方も「ちょっと脂きついのでポン酢もお好みで」との事、さりげない気遣いです。
アフター「九頭龍」グラスで、又からすみの札が目につきオーダー(自家製)
軽く焙って有ります、添えに大根の薄切り
「今年初めての物です」との事、嬉し！
塩加減、味わい共に秀逸です。
私の様なお一人様も多そうで、常連様も多そうなお店に感じました。女将さんもおしぼりチェンジ等気遣いの有るお方に感じました。
いい時間過ごさせてもらいました、
お料理、接客共に秀逸なお店でした。
ご馳走様でした。こういうお店お会計はレシート無しかと思いましたがちゃんと明細書かれたレシート出ました。
明朗会計、嬉しかったです。又リピートしたいお店の一軒になりました。
追記
こういうお店にしては珍しくパソコンも導入されてて顧客管理もされてる様、テーブルの
日本酒メニューも味の特徴や日本酒度や
種類(〜大吟醸とか)明記されたらいいのでは？と思いました。料理が尚引き立つと思います。
